The fourth stage of the English way runs without many complications, except for the odd slope, mostly it is a stage with very few ups and downs.
Early morning we head off from Bruma towards Ordes following the practically empty neighbourhood road which takes us to the villages of O Seixo, Cruz, Ardemil, O Castro, A Carreira.
In the village of La Cruz we find a bar where we will be able to have breakfast. Nearby we see some quite original sculptures. In the photo section you can see some of them.
Past the first five kilometers, we leave the road to get onto a dirt road which will takes us to the parish of San Paio de Buscás. This church of Romanesque s origin was rebuilt in the 18th and 19th centuries. It has a rectangular nave, masonry walls and gable roof.
Some time after leaving Buscás, we detour to the right onto a dirt road which will cross under the AC-224 highway. We will carry on until reaching Outerio of Arriba, which connects us to Outerio de Arriba through a forest. We go onto the local road which will lead us to the village of A Senra and the town of A calle. About two kilometers further in, we leave the road towards the left to continue for some time on a path surrounded by groves.
After the last grove we reach the village of Baxoia where we will take the asphalt road on the left. Further up this road crosses the AP-9 highway through a tunnel. From here on and for about 6 kilometers, we will continue walking on a dirt road, straight ahead until reaching the industrial state of Sigüeiro.
From this point we can admire the town of Sigüeiro. We will enter the town through a playground crossing the Carboeiro river.
